Are you insured?

Yes. I have a public liability cover of up to £5 million and professional indemnity of up to £1 million.

I decided to hire you as my personal trainer/coach. What comes next?

I will arrange with you a consultation meeting where we will discuss your current fitness situation and diet and your goals that you want to achieve.

After the consultation, I will recommend one or more of my services and will provide you with a personalised plan and programme based on the results of the consultation.

We will then meet once, twice or thrice a week (depending on what we agree on) to implement your programme.

If online, I will assign to you tasks every week for you to implement (workouts and others).

You can message me via WhatsApp, or via the fitness app for any questions or inquires you have in regards to your diet or workouts outside the times we meet. As I will be your coach, it is my job to support you during your journey.

We will continue to work on the programme until we reach the goal/s desired. You may decide to work on new challenges after you accomplished your goals, and therefore I am more than happy to carry on coaching and training you.

Whatever your decision may be, health and fitness must be a lifestyle so any new habits and routines you learn during the period you have worked with me, they must carry on. Otherwise, all the hard work and investment you have put towards your goals will vanish and you will need to start all over again.
