Who am I?

Hello!…

Hiya!

I’m Mona, founder of Move! With Mona – Personal Training & Coaching.

I have worked in the Learning & Development industry since 2006. I have designed learning courses in various subjects, soft and hard skills, in addition to coaching individuals to make a change and reach their career and personal objectives.

I have gone through a weight loss transformation from February 2020, and I have fallen in love with the fitness industry. I have become more passionate about wellbeing and maintaining good habits for life during my journey.

This has driven me to become a certified personal trainer and coach to help others start their fitness journey and keep a healthy lifestyle and a focused mindset.

I find joy in conducting fitness classes as well so I’m a certified Indoor Cycling, Aqua, Yoga and Pilates instructor as well. Some classes that I conduct on a weekly basis in different gyms and clubs in Nottingham are:

Why should I hire you?

Our bodies are created to be active and mobile. Nowadays, our lives have become very sedentary. The “8-hour office job” and “sitting on the sofa watching TV” culture has made us ignore the importance of daily movement. With that, the abundance of processed food has made us forget how real nutritious food looks and tastes like.

This is contributing negatively to our health and wellbeing.

I understand how difficult it is to make the first move, especially when it comes to weight loss.

I have personally been there…

It takes a lot of courage and determination to start a change. You think that being in the status quo is ok because it’s safe and it’s “the norm”. But it is harming you mentally and physically when time goes by.

I am naturally a person who is optimistic and positive, who sends good vibes and fiery energy your way!
