Fees below are for sessions that occur in the gym. Home/work sessions will have a mileage fee added on.

A “Pay As You Go” 60 minute training or coaching session is £60

Packages work better on the long run and they include other features as well.

A “block” means 4 consecutive weeks. A session is 60 minutes.

  • 12 one to one personal training sessions (3 of which are free)

Learn to Gym | 12 week block (new!)

This package is a series of sessions to learn how to use equipment and kit with confidence and learn different exercises with proper technique without hurting yourself. You will be assigned “gym work” to apply the workout on your own.

Suitable for individuals who can lift minimum 13 kg

  • 6 one to one educational training sessions. First session will occur on the first week of the block. Second session will occur on the third week. Third session, fifth week. Forth session, seventh week. Fifth session, ninth week. Sixth session, eleventh week
  • BONUS: CALORIE TRACKER ON MONA’S FITNESS APP

£350 for one block of 12 consecutive weeks


Silver Package (video or 1-2-1)

“This suits beginners who want to focus on 1-2-1 habit coaching before starting physical personal training”

  • 4 video call or 1-2-1 Lifestyle Change and Habit coaching/check in sessions (3% off!)

“This package is only for my current clients who did gold, platnuim or diamond for 3 months or more consecutively and want to go hybrid”

A customised training plan is a series of physical workouts and activities you will complete during your block to achieve your fitness goals.

A personal training session is a face to face session with me where the workout will be implemented under her supervision. The workout can be resistance training, mobility training, functional training, circuits training, bodyweight training, aerobics, dance, yoga or pilates, or a mix of any.

A lifestyle change coaching session is a 1-2-1 session with you discussing how to implement your fitness goals and hold you accountable. The session can contain:

  • Goal setting
  • Priority setting
  • Problem solving
  • Task management
  • Energy management
  • To-do lists
  • Vision boards and manifesting
  • Habits and behaviours
  • Fitness lifestyle
  • Food diaries and nutrition
  • Journaling
  • Diary management

Habit coaching is a collection of small but important habits to encourage you to practice during your blocks, such as Active Lifestyle, Nutrition, Sleep, and Mindfulness.

Nutrition coaching helps you to set nutrition goals & comply to them, track meals & macros and track your daily calories & consumption
